Terms of Use

For auto renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS Apps following terms apply:

– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

– You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

App and Related Terms

Depending on the version of the Application you have downloaded, these App Terms incorporate Apple’s or Google Android’s terms and conditions and privacy policies (“Platform Terms”). If there is any conflict between these App Terms and the Platform Terms then these App Terms will prevail.

We may from time to time vary these App Terms. Please check these App Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any variations made by us. If you continue to use this App, you are deemed to have accepted such variations. If you do not agree to such variations, you should not use the App.

 

Main Terms

Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool is a followers analytics application for Instagram® account holders with the features of unfollow detection, blockers detection, detection of profile interactions and such.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. You agree and undertake that you will use Ghosty Analyze ! Tool for Instagram© accounts that are legally owned by you and you will not interfere with third party accounts. Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool prohibits the creation of an account for anyone other than yourself. You also represent that all information you provide or provided toCCSoft+ Followers Tool upon registration and at all other times will be true.

You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool & Instagram © users. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and content.

You must not access Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool private API by means other than those permitted. You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.

You must not create accounts with the Service through unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper.

Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool’s sole discretion, result in termination of your account. You understand and agree that Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool cannot and will not be responsible for your actions you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Ghosty Analyze for Instagram! Tool, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.
